Meet your Clinic

How did it start?

Abundant Health is a Direct Primary Care clinic. After a decade of busy patient care, my husband and I felt called to homeschool our children while also traveling full time. This tumultuous change brought us much joy, and a renewed realization of the abundance that our life can be. However, my love for medicine and patient care did not diminish; through our family travels I saw the great gap in medical care for so many families, largely related to either a lack of insurance or large insurance premiums, as well as a mistrust of traditional “western medicine” clinics. This is how Abundant Health came to life; by creating a direct primary care clinic focused on treating patients as people, not numbers, I can provide comprehensive and individualized healthcare to patients regardless of insurance, economic status, and even location. Furthermore, by focusing on finding the root cause for disease and not simply treating a symptom or diagnosis, I can help patients achieve the healthiest versions of themselves, truly living their life in Abundant Health!

Comprehensive Healthcare

Abundant Health offers patients an extensive range of primary care services including annual preventive checks, chronic disease management, acute care concerns, medication management and monitoring, nutrition and wellness counseling, mental health consultation, coordination of care with specialists, and more.

Extended time with your provider

In today's insurance-driven healthcare, providers have little to no personal time with their patients. Important decisions about health are being made by people who know nothing about you! Through direct primary care, you can have the care that you need for the length of time that you need it. Appointment times are driven by your needs.

24/7 Support

Our patients deserve the highest level of support and access to care. This is why Abundant Health does not limit their patients to certain office hours of the day. If care is urgently needed after hours, I am available for you! As a member you also have the benefit of 24/7 access to me through texting, email, and/or phone calls.

No hidden fees

Whether you choose to become a member of Abundant Health, or your situation is more suited for a one-time consultation, your fee (as noted under membership options) covers your entire visit(s) with me and all communication outside of your visit/after hours (member benefit only), as well as all coordination of care after and between appointments.

Additional Discounts

Low-price labs: As a patient of Abundant Health you will have access to significantly discounted labs compared to self-pay pricing when you use my client-bill account with Quest Diagnostics.
Discount on Supplements: You have access to a 10-15% discount on supplement orders placed through Fullscript.
Discount on Medications: If you are not using insurance I will work to find the best discount for your prescription medication when necessary.
